Returns/Exchanges
Gently used wraps or any items bought as a return or on clearance are final.
Baby Bath and Skin Products may be returned if they are still new and sealed.
Returns will be accepted on all new merchandise in resaleable condition. Refunds will be made within 3 business days of receipt of your item. Actual shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us. Return shipping will be reimbursed if the item is defective or flawed. A replacement will be mailed if we have a replacement. With US companies, sometimes the item can be mailed directly to the manfacturer to be replaced. We reserve the right to deduct fees or reject a return if sent back in non-resaleable condition (contact us for more on what resaleable condition means if you need clarification). We must be notified before an item is sent back for a return or exchange or your package may be rejected. Please contact us for authorization.
Preorders
Preorders happen periodically when special model wraps are released by Didymos and other brands occasionally. Preorders are organized via my Yahoo Group. Please join my Yahoo group to participate and be informed of preorders. No cancellations,exchanges or returns are accepted on preordered items.

Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 for Priority Mail within the United States. Express and overnight shipping is available by request for a additional cost. Contact us for an International price quote. We only ship Priority Mail International for liability reasons and that it is the only method that is trackable and can be insured. We can not lie on the customs forms so you avoid any fees-this is a federal offense and anyone doing this could face a large fine and or jail time.
Orders for items that are In Stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday thru Friday by 1:30 pm PST. Shipping notifications are sent when your order is packaged for shipment. Tracking information is provided on your notification as well as the actual date the item is mailed.
Please note: Insurance on shipping is optional, however it is highly recommended as we will not be held responsible once your package has left our possession.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax of 7.75% will be charged on all orders within California. Sales Tax of 2.9% will be charged on all orders within Colorado.
