How soon will my order ship?
In stock items ship within 2-4  business days. Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday.

When will my order arrive?
You should receive your order within 2-4 days once shipped and at no cost to you. We offer free Priority Mail shipping within the USA. International orders usually arrive within 3 weeks.

I don't like the wrap/ it's not the right size/ I don't like the color, can I return it?
Short answer is yes. You can return your wrap, new or used, within 30 days of purchase. If it's like new (in the same condition it arrived to you and unfolded), then you will receive a refund via store credit minus actual shipping. If it's washed, gently used, wrinkly, damaged/missing packaging and/or has smell (nice or not) or pet hair than we will need to also deduct a restocking fee.

How do I track my order?
Once logged into your customer account, please click on "Your Account" and your order and tracking information will be under "Order History".

How can I redeem my points earned on a previous order?
Once logged into your customer account, your points information is located under "Your Account". You may redeem when placing an item in your cart and during checkout.
