Returns and Exchanges
Shop risk free! If you are not entirely happy with your woven wrap, you may return it for store credit within 30 days of date received. Return must be in new condition and in the same condition received for full refund. Woven wraps that have been unfolded will be deducted a restocking fee, because it's no longer like-new and we'll need to resell it discounted. Please contact us prior to returning your item, so that we know to expect it and can process your return. Actual shipping is deducted from your refund. For defective items, we will communicate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue on your behalf. When making a return, we recommended that you include delivery confirmation and insurance with your return package.

Please note that woven wraps purchased on sale, discounted or on clearance are final sale. Woven wraps we specially order for you at pre-orders or special orders are final sale.

Layaway
We offer layaway for all our products. Please use discount code LAYAWAY to make a 30% deposit on your order. The remaining balance is due within 60 days and payment is processed through your customer account. Layaway deposit is refundable via store credit only, minus a $15 processing fee.

Shipping within USA
We offer both economy and expedited shipping at checkout. Once shipped, please allow 6-10 days for economy shipping to arrive to you and 2-4 days for Expedited (unless there's a postal related delay). Insurance is extra and may be selected during checkout. Insurance is optional.  We are not responsible for packages once they leave Piece of Cloth, so insurance is encouraged. If you'd like it shipped Express or overnight, please contact us.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Preferred shipping method is Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs fees before ordering, as we are not responsible for custom fees charged by your country. Tracking to you is only available with Express mail. Please contact us for Express mail shipping cost.

Payment
Payment is processed through secure network. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card, as well as Pay Pal payment.

Pricing
We do our best to price products affordably and also according to the suggested retail price by the manufacturer. If you find an item lower priced elsewhere and would like to purchase from us instead, please contact us and we'll do our best to match it. We cannot guarrantee that we will do this for every product, but please do not hesitate to ask.

Loyalty Earnings
For every order you place, you will receive 5% of the total paid (minus tax, discount codes, earnings and shipping) directly into your customer account. Earnings cannot be combined/redeemed when using other discount codes or with already reduced sale items.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are issued via email directly to the recipient's email address. Gift certificates are transferable. The full value of the gift certificate must be used when making a purchase. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and returns of goods purchased with a gift certificate are refunded via store credit.
