Returns and Exchanges
More than anything else, we want you to be happy with your purchase at Piece of Cloth. If you are not entirely happy with your woven wrap, you may return it for store credit within 30 days of date received. Please contact us prior to returning your item, so that we know to expect it and can process your return. Actual shipping is deducted from your refund. Exchanges ship for $4.95. For defective items, we will communicate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue on your behalf. When making a return, we recommended that you include delivery confirmation and insurance with your return package. Woven wraps that have been unfolded will be deducted a 10% restocking fee, as the baby carrier is no longer like-new. Refund is available only via store credit.

Please note that woven wraps purchased on sale, discounted or on clearance are final sale. Woven wraps we specially order for you at pre-orders or special orders are final sale.

Layaway
We offer layaway for all our products. Please use discount code LAYAWAY to make a 30% deposit on your order. The remaining balance is due within 60 days and payment is processed through your customer account. Layaway deposit is refundable via store credit only.

Loyalty Points
For every order you place, you will receive 5% of the total paid (minus tax, discount codes, points and shipping) directly into your customer account. You may use your points on any item in our store. Points are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do however allow one transfer of points from our sister site Slings I Love.

Pre-orders and Special Orders
Pre-orders and special orders are announced first in the Piece of Cloth Email List. Please note that items purchased through pre-orders and special orders are final sale.

Custom Dye Service
Hand dyeing is not an exact science and as such, there may be variations in the result. Also due to the variations in computer monitors, the colors choices you see on your screen may be different from the actual results. Please allow 7-10 business days from when our dye artist receives your wrap for it to be completed and shipped. Please note that once dyed, all sales are final.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are issued via email directly to the recipient's email address. Gift certificates are transferable. The full value of the gift certificate must be used when making a purchase. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and returns of goods purchased with a gift certificate are refunded via store credit.

Shipping within USA
We offer free shipping! And not just free, but also Priority Mail USPS, so you will receive your order in about 2-3 days. Insurance is extra and may be selected during checkout. Preferred shipping method is Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. In stock items usually ship out within two business day. Insurance is optional and availble for purchase with every order.

International Shipping
Shipping outside of the USA is $25 for the first 2 items and then it's $10 for each additional item. International orders will be refunded any shipping fee above the actual shipping cost. Preferred shipping method is Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. In stock items usually ship out within one business day. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs fees before ordering, as we are not responsible for custom fees charged by your country. Tracking to you is only available with Express mail. Please contact us for Express mail shipping cost.

Payment
Payment is processed through secure network. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card, as well as Pay Pal payment.

Pricing
We do our best to price products affordably and also according to the suggested retail price by the manufacturer. If you find an item lower priced elsewhere and would like to purchase from us instead, please contact us and we'll do our best to match it. We cannot guarrantee that we will do this for every product, but please do not hesitate to ask.
